Customization: Most of our products are custom-made to order. During the order process, we will contact you to confirm details such as sizing, colors, and personalization. For custom designs, you will have 5 business days to review and approve the final layout.

Production Time: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, standard production times range from 15 to 20 business days. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards.

Order Changes: Changes to an order must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to accommodate modifications.
Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: We ship anywhere in the United States using reliable carriers. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Times: Please allow 3-7 business days for domestic shipping after your order has been completed and dispatched.

Delays: While we strive to meet all timelines, unforeseen delays (e.g., supply chain issues, carrier delays) may occur. We will communicate any significant changes to your shipping timeline.
Return and Refund Policy

Custom Orders: Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Standard Items: Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the return being processed.
Warranty Policy

Craftsmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If any issues arise due to craftsmanship (e.g., stitching failure) within the first 6 months, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
